New Year's Eve is coming in fast,

Here’s what I did last weekend to make sure I was making the most of the last few weeks of 2025.

  1. Made a list of what I wanted to do in December
  2. Cut that down to what was essential
  3. Matched that against the opportunities I would have to work
  4. Return to step 2
  5. Repeat until space is achieved

It’s OK if ‘making the most’ of this time of year looks like rest and reflection for you, or a sprint finish to wrap up some projects, or strategic planning so you launch into 2026 with momentum - your business, your choice.

It's like my 1987 solar-powered calculator all over again - I'm so in love I'm gonna use this tool any chance I get Reader. My current obsession is Polls - you may have noticed their appearance in a few recent newsletters. They’re a quick and easy way to get feedback from your audience, and add some interactivity to your emails. And after a bit of research, I found they're easy to use on many email marketing platforms, not just Kit (the one I use...and that's an affiliate link). I've...

This week’s journal prompt is for noticing over the coming 7 days, rather than a reflection question Reader As you’re bombarded with deals and offers and discounts from every angle, online, on TV, and in real life, look out for tactics that make you feel: This seems like a fun thing for me to try out with my audience sometime. Urghhh I never want to treat my audience like this. Both reactions will tell you a lot about how you like to sell. My Black Friday Deals are available nowAnd they're...
