This just came up with a Marketing Action Plan client and it'd be great for an Ask Laura episode...but also it would be a really short episode, and it probably is easier to process and understand if you see it written down Reader. You know those 'This is for you if' and 'This is not for you if' lists that appear on sales pages sometimes....
